About Us.​

Be Dynamic was formed in 2014 by Ms. Jyotika Sharma. She is a graduate from Delhi University & Post graduate from IGNOU. She holds NLP degree, certified by Tech Mahindra Foundation as a Spoken English Instructor & did advance diploma in TTT from American TESOL. She also holds a certification in Creative writing from British Counsel. She is an active Blogger too.

She started her career as an international BPO executive. That’s when she realised the importance of Training in professional life. She also worked as a Soft skills/ Spoken English Instructor with an NGO in Delhi. After a series of fruitful experiences she decided to start her own training centre. Hence, Be Dynamic happened.

Now she working successfully as a Freelance Corporate trainer & running Be Dynamic.

Our Moto is Be Dynamic, i.e., to be able to help an individual to become an even better employee or future employee both personally & professionally. Not only that we want to provide a very comfortable environment to our trainees/students, so that they can overcome their hesitations & shine like diamonds.

Our value system for all our trainings is based on a holistic approach. It’s easy                   to be a typical corporate employee but deep within one carries the burden of constant cut throat competition & work pressure. Hence, we conduct lot of mind relaxing sessions too. Counselling is what we focus most on our trainees most be it any training program they have enrolled themselves in.

Be dynamic jut not assures above said things but also believes in making training sessions very interactive & full of fun activities so that no one feels the monotony.
